Logisio was not created as a startup experiment. It was created as a natural result of 14 years of practice in intralogistics, technology development and material flow management in the largest manufacturing companies.

Our Story

14 years ago, we started as a company focused on packaging consulting for automotive. However, we soon realized that packaging alone does not solve the problem.

Customers needed to:

manage line supply
streamline warehouses
integrate technologies
connect the physical world with the digital

So we started developing our own technologies. First hardware. Then software. Finally, complete material flow management systems.

We looked for partners and platforms that could meet our high standards and those of our customers. The market needed a configurable, robust and scalable system that grows with the company and can adapt to its needs.

In today's dynamic environment, flexibility is key to survival and growth. Companies must be able to respond faster than their competitors – across continents.

That's why we decided to transform individual projects and know-how into a unified, standardized and technologically strong product.

That's how Logisio was born.

2012

Founding of Smart Product Solution s.r.o

We start as a specialist in custom packaging for automotive. Thanks to our technical approach, we become a supplier to multinational companies.

2016

Lean Manufacturing

We expand our portfolio to include logistics racks, carts and material flow optimization.

2017

First own Pick to Light warehouse

We develop our own P2L technology – hardware and software. We implement the first fully navigated warehouse.

2019

Production line supply management (Škoda Auto)

Comprehensive line supply management including own software, technology control and integration with production systems. We simultaneously implement a project managing more than 10,000 warehouse positions in automotive.

2020

First WMS project

We implement the first Warehouse Management System (WMS) project. The foundation for future product standardization is created.

2021

Comprehensive material flow solution (WITTE Automotive)

Central warehouse optimization. Elimination of pallet racks and transition to rail-based P2L warehouse.

2022

WMS standardization and creation of WCS CI4.0

We develop a comprehensive Warehouse Management System and our own WCS system - Connector Industry 4.0 (CI4) for communication with third-party systems and automation. The foundation of a configurable product - WES is created.

2023

First standardized WMS projects

We join forces with software house Alfaveo and Jetveo platform. The product becomes scalable and ready for a larger market.

2024

Birth of Logisio

Logisio is created as a joint product and brand combining 14+ years of intralogistics practice, own hardware, own software, low-code platform with AI elements and a team of 25+ specialists. Logisio is now configurable, scalable and ready for e-commerce, automotive and retail.
